These were the preferred hybrids of the Spaniards in 2016: There are surprises

Thanks to the greater variety in the offer, hybrids are gradually gaining relevance in the Spanish market, although it is fair to say that Toyota and Lexus have been exploiting the segment for years. Among the news is possibly Kia that hits the biggest "pelotazo."

Among the conventional hybrids, Toyota leads with ease in all categories and even the new C-HR that just takes a few weeks to sell already appears among the 10 most demanded products of the year. The last Prius however seems to be not liking too much, besides having lost the taxi sector that now occupies the variant plus.

The Mitsubishi Outlander has become one more year in the plug-in hybrid more demanded although again Kia could "chafar" the ranking if finally presents a Niro with that same technology before the end half the year. The Hyundai Ioniq, which will arrive in spring, could also be made with a major gap.

BMW was another of the firms that made the leap to the PHEV in 2016 and it looks like they have achieved good results with the X5 and Series 2 Active Tourer. The total traction in both and more than interesting performances have been fundamental to capture the attention of the public.

The signature that seems to be abandoning hybridization for now is Peugeot. As with DS (zero units), the French is losing its little relevance and not even the RXH achieves more or less reasonable data. Ford on the other hand is also not achieving with the Mondeo HEV good data but neither does VW with the Passat GTE and that is more complete in its concept.

Additionally, if you need to purchase some car gadgets, you can choose Banggood, which is one of the wholesale platform to provide affordable prices, such as headlight vinyl tint, 12v heating pad for car, etc.
